Ticket ini dikeluarkan dengan ketentuan dan kondisi lokasi acara, event organizer, promotor dan merupakan pembelian online melalui transaksi elektronik dari website resmi kami.
Hanya pembeli yang dapat menggunakan dan mencetak satu tiket yang telah dibeli, dan menggandakan tiket dilarang.
Pembeli bertanggung jawab penuh untuk semua tiket yang telah di pesan atas namanya dan akan dikenakan sanksi apabila tiket-tiket tersebut dipakai secara bertentangan dengan ketentuan ini.
Tiket menggunakan "barcode" dan berlaku satu kali pakai untuk satu orang.
Tiket dengan barcode yang telah digunakan sebelumnya tidak dapat dipergunakan lagi.
Penyelenggara dapat menolak masuk lokasi atau membatalkan "booking"/Pesanan tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu kepada siapapun yang telah mendapatkan tiket yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan. Pemegang tiket yang tidak "Sah" dapat, jika perlu dikeluarkan dari lokasi.
Penggandaan tiket hanya akan dikeluarkan sebagai pengganti tiket yang hilang, dicuri atau tercecer. Permintaan penggandaan tiket atau pemindahan tiket hanya dapat dilakukan oleh pembeli yang akan diminta untuk datang sendiri dan memperlihatkan tanda pengenal pada hari diadakan acara tersebut. Biaya administratif untuk setiap tiket akan diberlakukan.
Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung jawab atas keteledoran dari pembeli tiket yang mengakibatkan tiket berpindah tangan kepada orang lain (dikuasai orang lain) dan digunakan sebagai tanda masuk, dimana sebagai akibatnya pembeli tiket tidak dapat masuk kedalam lokasi acara.
Tiket tidak dapat ditukar maupun dikembalikan.
Pembeli bersama ini setuju untuk membebaskan Penyelenggara dari tuntutan hukum pengadilan atau tuntutan lainnya baik yang mempunyai kekuatan hukum maupun tidak atas pembatalan acara konser yang telah dibuat baik oleh artis bersangkutan sendiri, ataupun dilarang oleh pemerintah dan atas kebijakan-kebijakan yang diluar kendali Penyelenggara.
Apabila, terjadi pembatalan acara, tiket dapat dikembalikan sesuai dengan kebijakan Penyelenggara.
Dilarang membawa dan menggunakan obat terlarang.
Dilarang membawa ke lokasi senjata api, pisau dan segala sesuatu yang dapat membahayakan orang lain.
Dilarang membawa kamera dan rekaman video pada acara-acara tertentu.
Tiket akan dikeluarkan dengan kententuan bahwa pemegang tiket tidak membuat keonaran di lokasi, dan merugikan pejabat atau agen.
Walaupun Penyelenggara lokasi akan dengan seksama memperhatikan untuk pemegang tiket mendapatkan tempat duduk sesuai dengan yang tercantum di tiket, namun kami tetap dapat menukar tempat duduk nya dengan yang lain sesuai kebutuhan
This ticket is issued subject to the terms and conditions of the venue, event organizer and promoter which is online purchase through electronic transactions on the website.
Only the purchaser may use and print the ticket one time for each ticket purchased, duplicating of the tickets are prohibited.
The purchaser assumes absolute responsibility for all tickets booked in his/her name and will be penalized if any of those tickets are used in contravention of these terms and conditions.
Ticket uses barcodes and apply for one-time use for one person.
Ticket with barcodes that have been used previously can not be used again.
Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel the booking without notification to anyone who has acquired a ticket in breach of these terms and conditions. Unlawful ticket holders will, if necessary, be ejected from the ground.
Duplicate tickets will only be issued as a replacement ticket that has been lost, stolen or temporarily mislaid. Requests made for a duplicate ticket or transfer of a ticket must be made by the original purchaser who will be required to produce an identification in advance in person on the event day itself. An administrative charge per ticket will be applied.
Organizer is not responsible for negligence of the ticket purchaser that resulted in the purchaser's ticket falling to the hands of others (in the mastery of others) to be used as an admission and as result eliminates' the ticket buyer from entering the venue.
Tickets are not exchangeable and non-refundable.
Purchaser hereby agree to release the organizers from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or other causes beyond the capacity and will of the Organizer.
When there is a cancellation of the event, tickets can be refunded in accordance with organizer's stipulation.
Prohibited from taking and using any kind of illegal drugs.
Prohibited from carrying firearms and knife and all items that are restricted by national regulations in the venue.
Prohibited from bringing cameras and video cameras in some selected shows.
The ticket is issued on the condition that the venue, its officials or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage however caused to the holder of the ticket.
While the venue will use its best endeavours to ensure that the ticket holder is given use of the seat to which the ticket refers, it reserves the right to substitute the seat with another whenever it is deemed necessary
